Jeff was very good to work with. He went above and beyond for us. When first meet with him never would imagine they would get every thing dried up and cleaned but with much work they did. The company he worked with for my cabinet did a excellent job. Anytime I called or text a question or concern I received answers right back. So I would recommend Servpro for any cleanup from any fire/water damage.

We had several needs in our basement and I could not have been more pleased with Servpro's service. From beginning to end, Jeff and his team were incredibly responsive and professional and the final result was exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend them!

We recently purchased our home, but found that our bath upstairs was not connected to our drain.  Obviously once we turned the bath on, the water dripped right down through the upstairs floor, the kitchen ceiling, and kitchen floor. The damage was fairly significant.  As a result, we employed the services of ServPro of Beaver County to help us with the restoration project. Greg and his team were outstanding to work with.  They worked closely with me and was respectful of my time. The quality of work they provided was top tier work.  Special shoutout to Cole who provided the majority of the work.  Would 10/10 recommend ServPro of Beaver County for any home restoration projects.

We had water damage from our upstairs bathroom, seaping into our kitchen. We called Servpro Beaver County, and they were quick to come out and address our problems. They immediately dried things up and came up with a plan for restoration, and worked directly with our insurance company to save us the hassle. Jeff was always available to answer my calls and my many questions, and made sure our work was scheduled quickly and taken care. Pat and Chuck came out to do the work, and we’re both very friendly, professional and efficient with their work. After all was said and done (new bathroom floor and kitchen ceiling), you can’t even tell there was ever any water damage at all. Would definitely recommend!

I am completely restoring a home in Burgettstown, PA.    When I purchased the home it was completely unlivable due to unbearable cigarette smoke odor and pet damage.   I had a complete rebuild on my hands.  The first call that I made was to Servpro of Beaver County.  I was concerned about whether or not I'd be able to remediate the situation and  capitalize on my investment in the community.   The advice and expertise that they provided was incredible.  Three months later the odor is completely gone and all of the pet damage is gone.   I'm still working on the project but I can speak to the kitchen rebuild because that part is complete.   I am so pleased with the quality and the workmanship of the kitchen cabinets.  The design, layout, drawings and specifications were painless and spot on.  The installation was done in one day and there isn't a flaw.   That wasn't a simple accomplishment because old homes like this one aren't the straightest.   The prices were very reasonable and  it all fit nicely into the restoration budget.   I would recommend Servpro of Beaver County in a heartbeat.   Let the project continue!!

Jeff who is the president came out and gave me options explaining what needed to be done. The home inspection that was done to sell my house said possible mold in basement, and buyers wanted it addressed. Jeff stated that it could be tested to see if it was mold. He also told me since it was such a small area it would only be a hundred dollars more to treat it. Jeff recommended just to treat it as mold to save money. He said I would have to pay for both the test and mold removal if the test came back as mold. Greg was the gentleman who came out to treat the mold. He was very friendly and went above and beyond. I will definitely use them again, if I need their service. I would recommend that if you are in need of any of their services that you call them, to work with getting recommendations on how to treat whatever you have going on. They will give you fair prices! They made time to fit my job in went they were slammed with flood services because a storm that came through!

I can confirm the positive reviews about Jeff Krivan, ServPro, President. He is the person you want when you need a restoration company. He has a calming demeanor. He even came out on the day of the event which was a national holiday. He assesses the situation and shows you what are the issues and how he proposes to solve them. He scheduled his men to work immediately. They came out when he said they would and did the job as he had stated. The Production manager, Greg Kaulius who supervised the job; kept me very well informed along the way until completion. He also had a reassuring attitude. He said he would come back if needed to address any concerns if needed. All the workers were polite and understanding. In addition, he directly helped my insurance company understand the situation and why it occurred. The insurance company did cover some of the expense due to his expertise.

Amazing service!! Always my go to in any disaster for either of my properties!! The employees are friendly and informative. The jobs are always completed in a timely manner and there is nothing left undone I highly recommend them!
