While the women in the office were very nice and helpful, they gave me incorrect info about the safety codes so when we had all the lines ran by our plumber the propane tank had to be placed where I didn’t want it. Now I have to live with a huge tank in the way or move all the lines and create more holes in the siding of my house. On the plus side, they honored the original quote they gave me after prices had gone up.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. They don’t answer their phones, they don’t call you back, they have raised the cost of tank rental from 12 dollars to 52 dollars!!! If you are late on a payment, they cut off your gas and charge you 75 dollars to turn it back on. If you run out of gas, you can wait for 2 weeks to get more or pay a hefty “emergency delivery “ fee. I don’t care who you get your gas from, but this company is more expensive and has terrible customer service. Buyer beware

I contacted the local Washington, NC office on several occasion to discontinue the "auto" fill up program for an "empty" warehouse account. However, Suburban still continued to "auto" fill on this account and billed me for the top $$$ amount. After a "FINAL" phone call to voice my anger, they said there were no records of my previous phone messages to them nor did they admit any apologies for this mistake. I will be looking to remove this tank and contract with another company who has a much better reputation and doesn't take advantage of price gouging.
