  I received a text message that included the installer’s picture and some general information which I felt was not only very professional but also provided me with a sense of security. The installer arrived during the time that had been prearranged. The installation went very smoothly and as my husband said they did a “bang up job”. All questions were answered and the installers were very professional and left everything very neat and clean. Would most definitely recommend Kinetico Advanced Water System! Thanks for doing such a great job!

  Kinetico has definitely improved our drinking water by a bunch. From going out and buying cases of water to having some of the best quality water in my home. A big thanks to Grey for suggesting the most efficient drinking water system, Danielle for being great for all the hassles of scheduling, down to all the people who were in the office being so helpful and generous. Would highly recommend!!!

  Marlo was the service technician dispatched to our home for a matter involving our Kinetico water softener. Our experience with Marlo was top-notch, what a great service technician Kinetico has. Marlo was able to diagnose the problem we were experiencing with our water softener, and correct the issue. We have been nothing but pleased with our Kinetico water softener and the service we’ve received whether it be Roger Farr in sales to Kim Hill in the office or Marlo in service!!
