  I want to say Thank you to the Sub Zero crew for doing an excellent job on installing my heating unit. They were very professional in every step of the process... from the initial phone call... the quote that I was given. They contacted me immediatly concerning this job... I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone that needs this type of work done. I give this company 5 stars .. if I could give them more I most definately would. I'm completely satisfied with the service.

  Repairmen were professional, proficient and explained everything they were doing. They did not mind me observing their performance of procedures. They made suggestions without pressuring sales just options. I wish I could find more service industry with this bar of excellence.

  Our A/C unit had been giving us problems and would only work for about 5 minutes at a time. After one call, Matthew set up a time to come locate the problem. Luckily, he was able to fix the problem that day and it was a simple fix. We are very pleased with the services provided and will use them again in the future.
