  The Howells treated me with respect and like I mattered. when it came down to finally knowing what was wrong with my AC unit they took care of me as quickly as they could. I haven't had any problems with it since.I don't know how many AC companies there are around here but I won't be using anybody but Howell's.

  I called to try and get someone to come check my AC unit out and she hung up on me.
