So professional.  I received emails to verify my appointment, then another one letting me know the tech was on the way along with a photo of what Martin looked like along with his experience.  This was a first.  Martin and Ethan showed up as promised, introduced themselves, asked if I wanted them to wear a mask.  They did a great job on the install along with cleaning up everything.  I am so glad that I chose Stuart's for this install.  It looks great and I appreciate the great job that you did.  Thank you.

Nothing but positive notes about my experience.  Luis was on time and extremely professional during both the initial visit to get a bid and the subsequent water heater installation.  Stuart's was able to work around my schedule easily which I appreciate.  I also appreciated getting a text with the name and photo of the person I would be expecting...a very professional and caring touch.  The work was completed efficiently and Luis was careful to clean up nicely after the job.  I could not recommend this business more and will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

I called on Tuesday & spoke with Stephanie.  She was pleasant and professional.  She even stated a next day appointment was available.
Martin & Shane arrived even earlier than promised which deserves more than five stars.  They were awesome and got our hot water heater replaced the same afternoon which was a challenge due to the space it is located in.  When done they cleaned up after themselves and were just terrific to deal with.
I pray I don’t require their service again for a LONG time but if I do they will be getting our business.

I knew my water heater needed to replaced soon and had scheduled a routine appointment with Stuart's Plumbing.  However, the cold shower we had the other morning and guests arriving for the holidays made replacing it an urgent situation.  I was placed on their "urgent list," and one of their appointments canceled allowing them to provide service same day.  They call and email you to let you know their tech is on the way.  He (Jonathan) was very polite, knowledgeable, informative, and courteous.  He was genuinely excited about helping us and educating us. They had a water heater on the truck and installed it.  I am so thankful I called Stuart's Plumbing!!!  Will definitely call them again when another  plumbing issue arises.

Needed some out door spouts replaced. I found Stuart's Plumbing and figured, WHY NOT? They set up the appointment. Doc called and said he was on his way, and while he was driving here they sent me a text with a little bio of the person (Doc) who was coming out.
1. They were on time. I didn't have to waste all day waiting for them
2. Cost was on point
3. Tech was informative of everything he did.
4. Quality - I cannot how awesome of a job he did!

I called them again today for another repair...I would refer them to anyone.

After calling Stuart's Plumbing Service in the late afternoon, they arrived the next morning with a new water heater and it was installed promptly. Testing was done as to its functionality before leaving. The plumber, Martin, was very helpful on the method of maintenance of the water heater. I would highly recommend Stuart's Plumbing.

Plumber Paul called ahead and arrived before the designated time. He worked outside in the rain and unclogged the pipes efficiently and quickly. He is very personable and polite too. Really liked this service; will use again when plumbing is needed.

Doc, our repairman was fantastic.  He was super professional and highly skilled.  He went way beyond in his repair work making sure that it was perfect not just "done".  I highly recommend Stuart's plumbing!

There is no more-trustworthy plumbing company than Stuarts. The owner takes personal pride in their service and will treat you like you're the best customer he ever had. All the staff I've worked with over the years has been top-notch.

I am always skeptical about contractors because I have been taken by many. I dont trust many who try to sell other things than what is actually needed. I had a clogged toilet that was backing up into the bathtub and the water was coming out from the bottom of the toilet when we would try to plunge  it. Luis came out and after explaining what he could do and agreeing to the cost he fixed it and he did a great job! He was very helpful in explaining what the problem was and what our options were to fix it. We were also having an issue with our water pressure and he took an extra minute and fixed it. I was impressed with just that alone because we had gone without it for so long. He did an awesome job! I would use this company again!
