Absolutely the worst experience with a contractor ever!!! Definitely issues going on with management, and new manager Niki won’t even address the problem. Constant employee turnover speaks volumes for the “lack of” service business. Many places are experiencing struggles right now but for someone to drag you out for months with unfulfilled promises then just quit before the end of the project deserve this kind of review. Buyer beware, keep your expectations low ;(

We have used Straight Flush twice now. Once to install a water softener and to repair a water heater. They are very responsive, show up when they say they will and quality service for a good price. We will not hesitate to use them again.

Waited until the time for and estimate to tell me they weren’t come because it was a 44:min drive to get there however this was not told to me at the time of the appointment! Poor customer service!!!
