  With the first appt I scheduled, an hour and a half past the time I was told they would be at my home no one had showed. I called the business and they said the service guys were behind on the job before mine and would be another hour. No one called to let me know. Rescheduled appt for two weeks later and once again I called an hour past the time I was told to expect them. This time I was told the service vehicle had blown a tire. The reasons for being late aren’t unreasonable, HOWEVER not once was I given the courtesy of a phone call to let me know what was going on. I can’t imagine the technicians aren’t supposed to check in when they are behind or something goes wrong. In the past I have had no issues with 4 Seasons Plumbing. The entire staff are always very nice and do a great job. Communicating with the customer however is extremely important and needs serious improvement.

  Stopped by their office to schedule a service to have a gas line installed (referred by the local fireplace store-licensed plumbers gas lines). I changed my schedule to get the quote. 2 guys came out, measured, looked (a challenging job but that's why I'm seeking assistance). A week goes by, I call, they say we should do the quote over the weekend and will contact you by Monday. Another week nothing. I call again. Bookkeeper tells me she'll have them call me. I guess there's not enough money in the job??? Terrible service. If they don't want the job just say so or say your to busy or say something instead of have me hanging and waiting. TERRIBLE! WHY is everyone like this at the lake??? WHY???

  Excellent service. Actually, the best plumbing service I have ever received. You have to wait a bit for all services at the Lake, but they were on time, efficient, and great service.
