We went here to get some paint and the person at the paint desk was on a cell phone and never acknowledged us so after waiting for a while we took our business to another store. Also the checkout counters were understaffed with not very friendly people.

The main telephone number will ring until the phone almost cuts off. The when passed to the area where I might get a question answered, it rings until I finally hang up (almost 10 minutes of it ringing this time). Covid has nothing to do with it. Telephone customers are not important, I guess.

I came to Stine to pick up some lumber. It’s sad when you have this young man walking around texting on his phone and that’s more important than getting your customer out of the building. So the other young man came to assist us and he made sure we got between needed, I called to speak with management but it seems that no one was available to speak with me at this time

Large spacious store. Good assortment of home improvement items. Has nice plants as well as cute decorative stuff! Good selection of paints, appliances, and even has doors available plus much much more. Staff is always friendly as well!
