They guarantee their work. I have never had to redo their repairs. They work with you on scheduling. I have never had to worry about the honesty of my repairman; I feel totally comfortable with them in my home even if i am unable to be there when they are. Proven record of quality work and responsiveness with me for over 20 years now at multiple locations.

Was Very pleased with the installation of ac and heating unit. Complete replacement of both plus installed two new ducts one in living room and one in washroom. They were very thorough and cleaned up everything. I would recommend this company for any of their electrical, plumbing needs.

Installed NEW hot water heater. Technician and his work were VERY GOOD. However, I did NOT receive itemized bill for work. I agreed to $1,606 for new 30 gal propane hot water heater + installation + bring install “up to code.” I paid with debit card for extra $910.00 for installing roof vent, fittings and drip pan… = $2,516.00. PAID Technician In-Full. I have older house & was pleased that work was done properly. My Invoice stated “40 gall unit”… ACTUAL unit was 29 gall … I was concerned but did not call Natchez Heating & Cooling immediately for explanation. NEXT week, I receive a BILL for $2,516….??? I PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF INSTALL. When I called office for explanation… Bookkeeper said my Debit card “was declined…”…. Before I called my bank to get APPROVAL, I questioned WHY I was charged for 40 gall unit when they installed 29 gall unit???…. And I wanted an itemized Invoice. She was very confused… put me on hold 2 times… came back to say. “Natchez Heating & Cooling does NOT give itemized invoices.”… She was unprofessional & I asked to speak w/manager. She gave me Becky… She said, “29 gall unit costs MORE than 40 gall unit”…???… She argued with me about itemized invoice…. We had words and she hung up on me. I called back to speak with Store Manager, Thomas Maxwell. He is out… Left message for Thomas to call me back to discuss my EXTREME DISSATISFACTION with office staff and inflated billing concerns. I will eventually pay for this installation AND INFLATED PRICE. However, I will NEVER use Natchez Heating & Cooling for any future jobs AND DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone for service.
