I had a slow drip just off of my water meter. They came out the same day that I called, which was great. They were very experienced, friendly, and explained exactly what they doing. Unfortunately I was shocked about the estimate/bill, over $1200 for about two hour of work. I should of gotten additional estimates. Their pricing is my only reason for not giving them 5 stars.

Our refrigerator was leaking at the wall valve. So grateful Jeremie was able to come quickly, thoroughly diagnose the issue and repair it well. Since he was here, we checked the washer valves which apparently were not shutting off all the way. He was able to repair them, as well. Feeling good that our issue was resolved and another prevented. He was professional, kindly answered all my questions and explained the repairs completely so I could understand what to expect. Great experience!

I was absolutely frantic when I called Still Waters plumbing. I had water gushing out of my wall in the bathroom and I have never experienced anything like that before. When I spoke to Jordan, the office manager she kept me calm and walked me through how to turn the water off at the street. And then she called to check on me several times until our technician arrived. On top of everything this was on a Saturday morning, the most inconvenient time to need a plumber! first Daniel came out and made the water stop gushing out of the wall, and then custom ordered us new parts that matched our out of stock colored parts. The parts came in extremely quickly and Kyle followed up and installed the equipment for us. These two were so amazing and friendly, still Waters plumbing has a truly amazing crew, I will always use them for all of my plumbing needs!
