  Despite the claim on their Google listing and their website, B&B is NOT open 24/7. The office manager said they haven't done that since COVID started, and two years later they still "haven't gotten around to fixing that" on their listings. Even worse, the work they did was so shoddy that I had to have Mr. Rooter (who did an excellent job) come out on a Saturday afternoon and fix it. B&B offered a bunch of excuses and no apology, but they did promptly refund my money. Buyer beware!

  Do not use this company! Two guys came out and right away told us they couldn't snake our drain because there is an elbow. They needed to jet our main drain but it cost more money so he contacted our landlord and he was ok with it. The jet did nothing. He said due to the elbow he would have to add a clean out that would cost over $3000. Never even tried to snake the drain and still charged my landlord $350 for doing absolutely nothing. Our drain is not cleaned out and our sewage is backing up. I fully recommend calling anyone else. These guys took full advantage.

  The crew from B&B cleaned my leech bed and pump tank the guys were very knowledgeable and did a really nice job. I would recommend Steve Brown’s septic service to anyone reasonably priced can’t say enough about the whole outfit. Outside crews too office.
