  I am hesitant to post this because our first experience was amazing. The owner came with his team to fix our major issue. They did amazing. A few months later I started having issues with our bathtub. Two employees came out, they did a very hasty and horrible job of fixing what they claimed was the problem. The gentlemen were very upset when I asked them to fix the other issues that were apparently causing issue to my floor with the leaking (caulking around base of tub) they did a horrible job and were upset I had asked them to fix this issue. I also asked them to fix another issue they said we "may" have and they claimed they didn't have the tools to do so on them. I asked what I was supposed to do if this was the actual cause of the issue and they never answered. They seemed shocked that I was asking for any issue with water leakage to be fixed so there was no more damage caused to my house. I explained that was the point of calling them Someone else came and fixed another issue. I contacted them and was promised a partial refund, because I was still willing to pay for the parts they replaced on the tub and drain even though they weren't the issue. I still haven't received the refund, the bath tub is still leaking and now the company has not responded to my calls or texts. Considering contacting the BBB. I would advise anyone who allows them to come out only allows Mr. Pritchards team in their home. His kindness and professionalism are the only reason I gave a 2 after that experience. I am also considering contacting an attorney about the damage that is still happening to my floor and basement. I've posted pictures of the horrible job they did caulking the floor and tub (didnt even clean up old adhesive and dirt Mark's from old strips) and of my bowing floor that continues to get worse (hard to see in picture).

  Everything was perfect. They installed our garbage disposal. They are the first service who showed up right on time after calling multiple plumbers and no shows. I’m very happy and will continue to use Prichard Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs.

  Great job. A/C working great. Neat and tidy job. Very professional. Crew of three worked very well together. Will have a new furnace installed this fall. Wouldn’t think of having anyone else do it.
