  My wife and I just moved to the area and needed to have some work done that required a plumber. We used a couple companies that were horrible, unprofessional and way over-priced. A neighbor recommended Steele & Allbritten. Why didn't we find them first?! Gave them a call and explained what I wanted to do. Received a call back from Sam. He came out a took a look at the project. Within a couple days he sent out Austin and Ernie to tackle the project. Extremely professional and personable. It took them a couple hours to complete the project and they were on their way. Here's the best part: We just got the bill in the mail. The invoice was for a third of what we expected! Are we satisfied? Oh Ya! Do we recommend Steele & Allbritten? Absolutely! Don't waste your time with anyone else for your plumbing needs. Call Steele and Allbritten!

  So far they said the part would be in 5 days but called me on day 9 and asked what brand of part they needed to order. If the install goes well and the price is good I'll improve my rating.

  I called to get a quote on having a tankless water heater installed. Sam came out the same week to give us the quote. The installers arrived on time and updated me from time to time throughout their job. Got it done same day. Very pleased and will use again!
