  Contacted Kent personally on a Thursday and was told would schedule repair for the following Tuesday if not Wednesday. NO SHOW or CALL either days after taking off work. I called him back on Thursday and was told assistant was sick, understandable. I requested to keep me updated to schedule and now a 7 days later NO Call No Update! Called Steel & Allbritten and their be there Monday, guaranteed!

  Kent Price Plumbing provided a leak repair for my elderly mother. When asking about the extremely high prices, he became confrontational and threatened to contact the Sherriff’s office. The bill had already been paid. I was just checking what had been done for $250 and a 15 minute on site visit.

  Kent is a great guy and knows his stuff. His team are all amazing, the customer service is stellar, and the work is excellent. For all my plumbing needs in the future I will choose Kent Price.
