  Literally saved my and my kids lives today. My hot water tank broke and was completely rotted out even though it was only 2 years old. They came out to fix it and discovered the vent from our furnace was caved in and almost completely blocked, causing condensation (and the tank to rot) and carbon monoxide to be pouring into our house for the past year +. They replaced everything to ensure we were safe to stay in our home tonight. I am feeling so grateful that they realized what was going on and spent the past 7+ hours correcting it rather than just replacing the hot water tank and being on their way.

  Did a great job taking care of what I needed done. Kept me informed of what they were doing and any issues they were having. Price was exactly what I was told when I called and was able to take care of things in a timely manner. Even called ahead to let me know when they would be arriving.

  Steadfast was one of the best experiences I’ve had in awhile. Imagine this, I called a service company because I had an issue, they promptly responded, showed up when they said they would, quickly fixed the issue in a more than satisfactory manner and they were polite and extremely expeditious in their repair. How often can you say this about companies these days? Highly recommend Steadfast to anyone!
