  Hot water tanks are great until they leak. We called Kathy, at Couple of Guys Plumbing, and she sent Jay out to diagnose our problem quickly. It needed replaced. Two plumbers came out the next day, replaced the hot water tank. They cleaned up and were very professional. I reccomemd this company highly.

  Main Man Plumbing was late and left quickly without letting me know. When I called to ask why, they told me to find another plumber and hung up. I called A Couple of Guys and they fixed everything and at a fair price. My new go-to plumbers. Thanks. -Charlene

  He advertised on his website that the other "guy" was our Mayor, Rich Regovich. He advertised his services FOR Willowick on Craigslist. He then proceeded to charge me for running a snake out the sewer cleanout in front of my house (rather than the sanitary) KNOWING that the City offers this for free (with a camera). When I told him this (after the City came and fixed the issue in the CORRECT cleanout), he said he'd come by and refund and then just stopped answering calls and texts. You tell me that is a good person. Please. Follow-up to the owner's reply: Notice how he tries to start the dialog with how long ago it was? What's that say? He advertised on Craigslist for services in Willowick, had a website with a contact page that had his name (James Wallace) and Richard Regovich (the Mayor of Willowick). When I reached out to Mr. Regovich, he immediately called Mr. Wallace and had him remove his name from the website and explained that Mr. Wallace said it was a mistake and that his son had added the names to the site as a "school project". Again, Mr. Wallace used a snake on the wrong cleanout. The incorrect one. I then called Mr. Wallace and he apologized and said he would be there the next day to do the correct one. Never showed up. I had the City come by and camera BOTH of them at NO CHARGE. I then asked Mr. Wallace for my money back. He said he'd call back. Stopped answering calls and ghosted. THAT is what happened. THAT is undeniable. These aren't opinions but actual facts.

  We performed a snake out for Mr Bennett over 3 years ago. After the work was done, He found out that the city provides this service as well. We performed the service and he paid the bill upon completion.
