  Brandon G came out on time and was A+ from the start. Gave me a great price to fix two of my toilets, walked me through the process and the parts he used- ensured me that they were top quality parts. Everything looks and works like a dream. Highly recommend this company and Brandon G!

  This is the company you want working on your plumbing needs! I had a major incident at my house. I called the main office (very knowledgeable lady took my call and asked me all the pertinent questions). Brandon arrived within 20 minutes. He had the problem diagnosed immediately and told me what needed to be done. He made sure he got the necessary city permits to dig and put me on the schedule. He even let me borrow a water key so I could have water during the weekend. He was back the next business day with Jerry and installed a whole new line within two and a half hours. That includes digging up a section of concrete! Not only that, but I had another unrelated problem and he and Jerry advised me on the best way to handle that. As a female, I loathe dealing with contractors and repairmen for obvious reasons but these guys and this company are top notch. From the initial call to the repair, everything was absolutely superior. Add them to your contact list because they’re the best, hands down.

  Calling around to get quotes for installing an ice maker and dishwasher, I called this company and was informed they have a $40 fee to provide a quote due to people “playing games” and getting multiple quotes from people. Needless to say, won’t be doing business with them.

That is to come out and provide services and look over the job as we do not give free quotes out. Again, Staten Plumbing does apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
