I was very disappointed. I explained in my original call that I needed someone to find a leak that might be under the slab. I was promised a senior technician who would do just that. Two guys came out. They turned off all faucets, just as I had done. They said "Yes you have a leak" $700+ if we search your yard. Twice that to search inside.. "We can replumb your whole house for $18k. That will be $59". I was left in the exact same situation as before, but lost 4 days waiting for them to show. American leak detect came within hours of my call, and found the leak in another hour for $350.

Charged me 300$ to fix a pipe & took literally 20 min.It was memorial day so no problem. My water pressure was immediately screwed up (we had none) as soon as he was finished. I called him 15 minutes after he left & they sent someone the next evening to try & charge me to fix what they had not set back properly. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! The technician enlightened me on his previous customer (which was an old lady) that had flipped a breaker on accident & he still got her for 150$ service fee for turning the breaker back on for her.(plumbers name was Quinton) Awful.. Was told i would receive a call from the owner today (Sandra) & that never happened

Over priced. Do not waste your time...Paid $49.00 for a service man to come out to tell me my toilet was broken. hello, "That is why i called them in the first place, i know it is broken because it is leaking on the floor." Now i have waited for 3 days for the service man to confirm that my toilet is broken. Next slap in the face. Quote from serviceman, "I don't have a replacement on the truck but a new one will be $974.00 to have it installed" At which time i told him Thank you for your time but i have better things i can do with $1,000.00 this day and time than to give it to your company to install a toilet. I called the office line back to complain about their price tactics and was basically told that's our pricing and we will have a manager call you if you like. Update: Home-Depot Toilet cost $149.00 install 30 minutes. Savings of $851.00. I saved 8 Benjamin's for do it myself.
