  Highly recommend James Stanley for any plumbing needs. He is responsive, reliable and charges a very fair price. After being burned by a different local plumber, I called James to fix a major plumbing issue we had and he was a complete lifesaver! Not only was he responsive but he got to our property right away, fixed the initial issue AND was able to repipe a couple things for us all within a day (other plumber told us it would take a ton of time and money to do that). James also came back a few days later to walk us through what had been done so we can maintain if if we needed to. Since then, we've hired James for all our plumbing needs and wouldn't recommend any one else in the area.
