  Very positive experience having a few burst pipes repaired in the middle of winter. They were up front about their availability and worked to squeeze us in during a busy time. After the work was done, they called to make sure all was well. Will absolutely call them up next time we need help!

  We were very pleased working with Brian Walsh on several occasions, but unfortunately the receptionist at his company has multiple times been verbally abusive in response to our polite queries regarding an in-extremis payment plan for some emergency work. Beware!

  First: Google requires that we include a street address for our listing. As we are a home-based business and we do not want customers coming directly to our home at all hours, we have included the street address for the Fleischmanns Post Office, where we maintain our PO box. Second: Brian Walsh Plumbing & Heating, Inc does plumbing and heating repair, maintenance, and installation. We do appliance installation ONLY. We do NOT do appliance repair. Third: We are located in the Catskill Mountains area south of Albany NY, we are NOT located anywhere near Buffalo, despite what our Google listing says. Full disclosure: I am the office manager of Brian Walsh Plumbing & Heating, Inc. and have tried unsuccessfully to fix our Google listing for years.
