  I had a water heater failure on Friday night. First thing Saturday morning Thomas Larsen was able to help me get it warrantied out and a new replacement in my pickup. By 11:15 am I had hot water again, and that included nearly two hours of round trip driving. Thanks Thomas!

  I am in the middle of a remodel and trying to make everything perfect for my wife. I work during the day so I couldn't make it until around 5:45. I was one of those guys that makes the employees stay later then store hours because they closed at 6:00. (don't be this guy) The girl that I work with was amazing. She didn't complain about me keeping her there late and never seemed disinterested. I would recommend this place to anyone taking on a project.

  Highly recommend Standard Plumbing in Orem. #1 reason: Alissa. 'It's just a faucet' nbd'... until you're doing a major renovation and need to make way more decisions than you ever thought possible. The process can be overwhelming. But, with someone like Alissa in your court, you'll find someone who is patient, professional, knowledgable and goes the extra mile for her clients. Due to difficulties in the supply chain with appliances, I had to change some of my choices, more than once, and with that, I had to rethink some of the plumbing fixtures. It could have been very frustrating to revisit decisions I had already made. But, Alissa was able to source everything I needed, offering her experience and insight as a guide. I'm a loyal fan. Thank you, Alissa and the SP team.
