  Carl showed up very quickly and took care of the problem. Not only did he fix the problem but he explained in a clear and easy manner to help prevent it from happening again, as well as how to fix things on our own If it were to happen again. I would/will recommend this company to all my friends and family.

  Carl once again saved the day with my recent leak in the ceiling! This was Carl's 4th time over to help with different issues, including a water heater replacement. Excellent service, great communication when explaining the plumbing problem and solution. Fair pricing for an amazing job done. Thanks Carl and Captain Plumber!

  Our kitchen sink was clogged, and my husband's meager skills weren't enough to unplug it. We called in the afternoon, and Carl was here within about 2 hours. He checked out our whole plumbing system before starting the work, then diagnosed the problem. He went to work and had the sink unclogged within about 40 minutes. He quoted us a price before starting the work, and that was the amount we were charged. He also took time to answer our questions about preventing similar problems in the future. He was masked the whole time, and he offered to take off his shoes when he arrived. He was very friendly and professional. If we have a similar problem in the future, we'll call him again!
