  Great selection of tools and parts. Prices higher than other plumbing and parts stores. Also, I have had multiple experiences where employees have been unable to help or guided me to a part that didn't work or fit. In the end I replied upon another customers help. For a hardware and parts store service is very important, thus the low rating.

  The manager and the cashiers are very pleasant and helpful. The manager went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for. However, there were two older gentlemen that were extremely rude. I have never seen such an attitude on someone who is in customer service. I thought it was your job to help people locate items in your store and answer questions. If one of my employees acted that way to one of my customers, I would have to let them go.. it was sad because the manager was on the opposite end of the spectrum. Super helpful and pleasant to speak with .

  We were looking for a replacement valve solenoid, we purchased some last fall and replaced two broken ones. When the water was turned on this spring those two valves won't shut off. The new solenoid valve stems are too short to do the job. When we mentioned what we were looking for the manager insulted us by saying we didn't know what was wrong. Never going back there.
