Peter was our technician. He gave us a courtesy call 10 minutes prior to arrival. He was professional an courteous and took time to answer our questions. He offered services and products he thought might interest is in our situation but was never overbearing or pushy. We enjoyed working with him. Great job!!

I returned from a long weekend out of town to some fantastic fresh powder and a 44° home. My own troubleshooting failed, so a few phone calls later these guys were on their way for a diagnostic well after suppertime. 22 year old furnace had finally given up the ghost. 8:30 next morning the crew was in my driveway with a replacement, which, despite the tight and tricky configuration of my utility closet, was up and running by 5 and we were back at 70° a short time later. Friendly, fast and professional. (Note: I don't know about the competitiveness of their pricing - my landlord handled that.)

Nick was right on time(to the minute), thorough,quick to honor our "no shoes" policy, using shoe covers. He replaced the necessary filters, cleaned the A/C's, informed me of everything. He did not have a long enough ladder to check on the attic furnace(above the garage), offered to return for that. I told him that it was unnecessary as that furnace just serves the BR and bath upstairs, and has essentially not been used since the last check. Very professional. Suggest that you put a note on my file that a long ladder needs to be brought when someone comes in the future, as it should be checked in the Fall.
