I called Stan's to get an AC unit fixed and serviced. A competitor told me the unit would have to be replaced, but I strongly suspected it was just a wiring issue. Sure enough, Michael Waters, my tech, fixed a lose wire and assured me I didn't need a new AC unit. Honesty and good work are important to me. I got it from Stan's. I'd strongly suggest asking for Michael Waters as your technician. He's prompt, smart, kind, and honest. He was nice to my wife too. Overall the best experience with an AC tech ever.

Abraham called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled which suited me just fine.  Upon arrival he introduced himself and the trainee (I'm sorry but I can't remember his name).  Both were wearing masks.  They were very professional and friendly.  Abraham explained what he was doing while doing it.   He explained to me about a part I needed, he checked that I had installed the filter correctly (I wasn't sure), and answered several other questions.  Hopefully, the person(s) who come tomorrow to check my hot water heater will be every bit as nice, professional and helpful.  I will definitely use Stan's HA&P again and I will recommend them to neighbors.

So I've been using Stan's for many years now, from installing a new big heat-pump, to simple maintenance, but this is my first review.  It is overdue. Stan's is the model that other service companies should follow. They always communicate. They always come when they say they are going to. They always do great work when they are here. They are always friendly and professional. I know I've used a lot of "always." That's because they are ALWAYS great!

Stan's plumber tech Aaron Tomilson replaced several on-off water valves under my kitchen and master bath sinks with precision and care. He was very thorough and professional. I was so impressed and will definitely request him again. I had bought a new dishwasher which could not be installed before those 42-year-old valves were replaced. He was quick to get out here, came on time, and stayed till the job was complete. He also put the right fitting onto the plumbing parts to make it easier for the installer. Before leaving, he checked my water pressure and advised that I get a water pressure regulator. Thanks, Aaron! The dishwasher can now be installed!

I've used Stan's Heating, Air & Plumbing twice now and I will continue to use them FIRST every time.
I had an issue with my air conditioning unit. They quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and suggested cost-effective solutions to fix the problem. (I've had experiences where other companies con you into pricey, unnecessary solutions).
Recently, my hot water heater stopped working. A different company immediately said it needed to be replaced. Stan's gave me a diagnosis and, again, identified the true problem and fixed it on the spot. (Saving me $2,800).

Both technicians I worked with were true professionals. They knew what they were doing and were able to answer any questions I had thoroughly.

UPDATE: 4/13/22
I continue to use Stan's and they continue to provide reliable service! Today Steve Garcia fixed a dripping shower faucet. He was the same technician for my hot water heater issue so he made sure to follow up on my hot water heater to make sure it was producing hot water for me. Stan's was great! They showed up when they said they would and took the time to answer all of my questions. My tech was very knowledgeable and professional (and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need). In fact, they saved me a ton of money I might have spent elsewhere. This company will be my go-to for all of my future needs!

Price responded earlier than was scheduled to get my hvac heating running properly, of course he called to let me know he could be here in 15 minutes. He was very professional and his explanation made it easy for me to understand what the problem was. I love Stan’s and have always had great service. I’ve been using them for many years and will certainly continue.

Michael Waters with Stan’s was the technician @ my house today for one of my annual A/C systems maintenance. He also installed an UV light for protection against mold in the vents, & changed air filters.  He was professional, knowledgeable, polite, & walk in wearing mask & shoes covers without being asked. A positive visit.

I can't say enough good things about our Stan's Experience. They were able to get to our house quickly, ordered parts on the spot and were able to make the repair within 24 hours. And the technician was supposed to be here between 3-4....was finished by 2PM. I was do delighted that I signed up for the maintenance!

Stan's has always been my go to for HVAC.  They are quick to respond to a service call.  Service tech Marshall Harris was great.  Diagnosed the problem and got the part on order.  Now the bad news.  It's been several days since the order was placed and I've been told they have not even started working on my order.  In fact they are still working on orders from last week.  Not exactly what I expected from Stan's.  If you need a part, you might want to think about service from someone other than Stan's.

Update:
A couple of hours after posting this, someone from Stan's called and informed me the part was ordered and would be delivered and installed this same day, and they were true to their word.  Good people providing a good service, apparently they just needed a kick in the butt.
