  We showed them where water was backing up, they chose to clear a different line and now 5 weeks later it's backing up again. Now they want more money. I refuse to spend $300.00 on their crappy service again!

  The service that was performed at your home was performed properly and correctly at the time of the service. The floor drain that you had backing up, was just the first point for the backup to exit at. The actual problem/clog was in your main sewer drain line that we cleared by accessing the line at the clean out. We notified you at the time and on your bill, that we had to clear away improperly disposed of items from the line at approx. 38 feet out. We also informed you that if it clogged again, we would suggest having the drain line camera to see if you have a damaged line causing the items to get caught up or if it was just caused by the items being flushed. We were never contacted that you had any further issues after we had been there on 8-13-18.
