  After I bought several buildings in downtown Ripon, I used a few different plumbers. But after a plumbing emergency due to a DIY project gone bad, Pinnacle Plumbing was there within a half-hour and they have been my go-to (and only) plumbers ever since. They have done jobs big and small here, the owner Todd responds to my questions as quickly and courteously as anyone in the business, and their prices are competitive with other plumbers. But it really was them rushing to my rescue at a time of need that won my loyalty. Thank you, Todd, Mike, and Bennett!

  Pinnacle did a great job. The communication was good. The job got done in the time they said even though they ran into some issues getting the shower in the bathroom. They got it figured out and done in one day. We are very happy with shower they replaced in our tiny bathroom.

  Todd and team were quick to respond, followed up and executed as stated. I had reached put to 3 or 4 others that never even called me back or failed to follow-up. Pinnacle worked clean, the staff communicated well and I am very pleased with the results. They installed a new water softener and water heater for my home.
