  Our water main broke four days after our moving van arrived with our things from PA. Welcome to NC! A big name truck came out and offered zero quick solutions but could come back in a week and charge me$8,000. I called the next name on my list and lucky for me, it was Jimmy. He gave me the band-aid I needed for FREE so we had our water back on. He got utilities to my place to mark their lines, then was back the next day to get the job done at HALF the price. He noticed "uphill" sewage lines in our crawl space and fixed that too. He created a water turn-off valve that I can operate by myself without some big wrench. His guys cleaned up the holes in the yard and made it look like they were never here. I won't call anyone else now.

  Called to get a tankless heater installed in our new home. They didn't seem to want our business. All with rudeness...First asked for an estimate they said they have to install,.. no problem, they said do you have two 60amps... not sure, would need to look... thinking isn't this part of coming for an estimate... they said you probably don't and we have to hire our own electrician... all of this rudely and defensively... I don't get it... bummer

  Stackhouse plumbing under the leadership of Jimmy Stackhouse has been our plumber resource since he opened his business in 19889. We have owned the house in which we live since 1980. He installed a lift pump for sewage, water heaters and over the years many around the house the usual plumbing needs. Always prompt courteous and affordable service. He has always been an advisor whenever we had plumbing concerns and this advice has been sound. We can definitely recommend this company based on his many years of service.
