  I used Spence because of a discount but would not have otherwise. The woman who handles the phone was rude. The man who did the work was actually not bad and gave us a further discount for doing some of the work ourselves (We opened up the wall in advance of them coming.) So despite the good work, the rudeness would keep me from calling back.
