  Jake was professional, friendly, helpful and communicative. He attended to every request I had with patience and a smile- even through the mask. I will request Jake in the event another service call arises. Office schedulers and text alerts were appreciated.

  Jourdon was courteous, patient, and thorough when assessing our HVAC needs and walking us through the improvement process. His handling of requests for information were direct and candid, and installation was without incident. He also helped us perform the new install quicker than we thought, so we were up and running just before a shift in weather broke for lower temps. I thank him and his team for working the full day non-stop, all the while being true professionals and respecting our home.

  Our furnace quit on us right before Christmas. Jourdon, Declan, Ben, and the rest of Stallion Services were very responsive, fast at scheduling, and able to install an entirely new furnace (and hot water heater, which we already knew we needed to replace) in our home, finished well before new year's eve. They turned what is usually a very painful experience into something that was as painless as possible. Amazed at the turnaround time, for all three visits: assessment, initial install, and coming back out the next day after install to address a defective part. Answered all questions clearly and helpfully and helped us learn more about maintaining our system. Would absolutely recommend.
