  Service was excellent. We needed a water heater as ours was not working. They were able to get one delivered and installed the same day. They worked through the rain to install. Great professional service.

  Santos and his team did a fenomenal job replacing almost all old pipes(including the main drain pipe to the street) under our house using the tiniest crow space. They work really hard and professional. If there is an obsticle, the team finds another best way to fix the problem! This awesome team follows dead lines! At no point they left our family with no water in the evenings althought they had days worth of work. We didn't have to move to a hotel because of no water! We will definitely use Santos' team if we have any other problems in the future and definitely recommending their services to anyone who needs a good professional pipe work done!

  I called Southwood Plumbing Inc, for the 1st time. Explained that I was having problem with my toilet. Carlos came in with his assistant on time. They also practiced Covid safely, which made me comfortable. I also requested to look into other's plumbing items such as heater, water tank and shower faucet system. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable helpful and honest. He didn't sell work that wasn't needed. I requested to complete several items. Replace furnace heater, replace shower faucet system, replace the toilets and some others small items. They were very professional, personable leave everything immaculately clean. I trusted their work and will recommend Southwood Plumbers services. Great job Southwood Plumbers! Lidia
