I had other leak detect service identified the leak under the tiles. Adamu and team located the leaking, rerouted the plumbing. Professional work! Adamu also pulled tree roots growing under the toilets and reset toilets. Did clean and nice jobs. Thank you.

They came on time, asked appropriate questions to problem solve and gave an estimate. They did the repair so quick and thorough and even helped with another plumbing issue that was unrelated. Ernie was interested in the history of our plumbing problems and was very knowledgeable. We called them for a quick fix, but will definitely call them back for any plumbing issue from now on. This plumber is going in my Contacts for sure! ( I also loved that (father) Ernie and (son) Ernie work together....for me, that shows they plan to stay in business for the long haul with integrity and a good work ethic.)

These are not good guys . They tried to con us. Here are their failures: We had a faucet to replace, and the faucet company sent us the replacement. Good Guys plumbing installed it in the same space and charged us $325 for less than an hour's work and no parts. That night, the faucet was turning itself on and off with no one in the kitchen. When we called and were connected to the plumber, he instructed us to turn the water off, and he was unable to come out for several days, leaving us without a working sink in the kitchen. When he finally came out, he blamed it on the brand-new faucet and couldn't fix it. While checking it, he turned off the water to the dishwasher, which had been working, but then wouldn't work. When they came back out, they tried to blame the brand-new faucet for the leak, not their own work. We got another faucet, and Good Guy chose to come out on a Saturday. Then, they wanted another $400 “plus an extra third because it was Saturday” to install the faucet. They chose to come on a Saturday, not us! Such a rip off to charge us full price plus 1/3 extra to repair their own screw up. We found another plumber who came immediately, fixed the faucet, and turned the water for the dishwasher back on for only $100. Please find a more ethical plumbing company. This one tries to rip off people, while incompetently handling the repair.

Hello Megan, I understand this review is in reference to Joanne. I'm not sure what your relation is to her, or if this may be you, Joanne, on another account. But I would like to provide some clarity to what actually happened. Originally, you had us visit you to repair your kitchen faucet. As you stated, the manufacture did send out some replacement parts, however they did not send out everything. As we disassembled the existing faucet, we noticed some of the parts inside (that were not sent out) were not operating properly as well. Our technician communicated with you that the manufacture should send out all of the parts for a complete rebuild, or send out a new faucet, because we anticipated that there would be a chance something else could go wrong. You decided to have us proceed with using the parts you had at the moment. And while we made some adjustments on the older parts to make it work, it wasn't fully operational. A few days later, you made a call into our office stating the faucet isn't working, and we came out a second time (for free) to explain this again to you, and insist you call the manufacture for them to send out a new faucet - as we communicated this to you during our first visit. Once the manufacture sent you a faucet replacement, we had you scheduled on a Saturday to come install it. Considering you gave us the approval to proceed with the faucet repair on the first visit, we of course charged you the work we performed (given that we provided you a warning as to what could have happened). We came out for free the second time to reiterate the message we provided you the first time, about having the manufacture sending you a complete replacement because of the other older parts failing. And the third visit to install the faucet replacement, we of course had to charge you, because we're doing two jobs at this time. I apologize, but we cannot provide 50%-75% off the new faucet installation, given that you approved us to proceed with the original repair, against our recommendation. We understood there was a risk this could have resulted in double work, which is why we communicated this to you. I am sorry for the troubling experience this has caused, I truly am. However, our team was honest and upfront about our diagnosis, recommendations, and pricing. We were ethical from the beginning, and in no way showed any intentions of taking your money and not doing the right thing. If there is another plumber that installs faucets for $100.00 correctly and with a warranty, by all means, I think you should make a decision that feels right for you, and seek it - because that's an incredible price that I know other qualified plumbing are not charging. We always like to be on good terms with our customers, and hope we can reconcile our relationship with you. Please don't hesitate to call me (Robert) directly, and we can further discuss, if needed. I wish you nothing but the best moving forward.
