We have used this business a few times, now, and they have been phenomenal! Always responsive, and quick in getting to you to take care of your issue(s). The plumbers provide fantastic customer service, where they are professional, personable, explains what you have going on and the appropriate fix, making you feel very comfortable & relaxed, while getting the job done in timely fashion. And the repairs have been for a great price, as they make sure you are taken care of without draining your bank account. We have been grateful for their service!

The owner, Andrew, came to our rescue during a recent cold snap. He tended to our boiler, which needed adjusting and found the source of a frozen pipe, which he repaired. Andrew and his entire company are professional and do an excellent job! I highly recommend them!

Called tonight at 6pm for a massive clog in my drain going into my septic tank and Andrew was extremely kind to drop everything he was doing and come to the rescue. I couldn't flush anything or use my sink. The first company I called couldn't come out till Monday!! Andrew came out within an hour to fix the issue. I am a new customer and never used them before as I just moved to NH at the end of July, but they still made me a priority. They were professional, fast, efficient, and extremely kind. As a business owner myself, I find it refreshing to see a company match my own business in customer service. They went above and beyond to help me. I was also expecting a massive bill for the night time emergency call and response time, but was pleasantly surprised at their reasonable charge that was more than fair. They just won a lifetime customer and I will passing their name around to any other homeowners. Thank you so much! Absolutely great company!!
