Jason and his assistant, Rochell, went to my mom’s house recently for a furnace cleaning. She said they were extremely professional. They went above and beyond by educating her on what they were doing for the furnace and what the cleaning entailed. They even took the initiative to install a switch that is required for the town’s safety code that she didn’t originally have on the furnace. She said they were so friendly and helpful! She would definitely call Daigle again for her plumbing and heating needs.

Mini Split installed. Contacted Daigle multiple times to fix the same issues I have been having. A tech never comes out to resolve unless I call 3 or 4 times. So much for standing behind the installation. Mitsubishi product is great, customer service has been bad, bad, bad! (3 occasions)

UPDATE: A couple days after posting this review, a 2 man crew came down and within 15 minutes they resolved my issue. A follow up call from a Daigle Plumbing and Heating representative stated that their slow response was due to being short handed due to covid. Neither technician on this follow up job wore a mask either in their truck together or working in close proximity outside.
That same representative requested that I update my review reflecting that they took care of the problem. They did in fact repair my issue.

First time using Daigle Plumbing&Heating. Serviceman that came out was prompt, professional, and a nice young man. It had been a while since I had my gas burner cleaned. He even took before and after photos. All good, would use again. Very professional.

I had an emergency water leak on an outdoor faucet that was driving up my water bill so it needed to be fixed ASAP!  Clark came out within 10 minutes of my call and replaced the leaky faucet with a new one, and new piping and new shutoff valve. Extremely professional and expert service at a reasonable price! Would highly recommend, and will definitely use again for future plumbing needs!  Clark was awesome and very efficient, he aims to please the customer and he definitely did for me!!

I decided to have a broken garbage disposal removed and new drain pipe put in under my kitchen sink.   Clarke was polite, prompt, and efficient in his work.  I would recommend Daigle Plumbing to anyone, looking for high-quality, friendly service.

UPDATE:  Jason did an outstanding job of determining what was wrong with our heating system and lack of hot water.  Thanks to his efforts, we are enjoying warm, quiet heat and hot water once again.  You can't beat Daigle for friendly, competent service!

I have used Daigle Plumbing, Heating & Cooling since I moved to Derry in 7/2020 and needed lots of heating repairs.  They are always so professional, top notch journeymen and apprentices.  I haven't forgotten to office personnel who have been so helpful and knowledgeable. They return calls as promised and always answer the phone.   Daigle journeymen had a huge messy job (replace oil tank) and were very efficient, organized, professional and worked well as a team. They never complained about the gross working conditions.  In fact, they were having a great time.  I enjoyed having them here.  I will use them forever.

One morning last week I realized my boiler was not working. (It had been installed by a different company over 10 years ago.) Having dealt with Daigle about a different issue some time back, I called them on Thursday morning. Within 3 hours, there was a technician here. He did a deep check on the boiler and was very specific, showing me, what the options were, what parts would need to be ordered and replaced. There was also the option of replacing it. After my seeing the evidence of trouble, I told him I tended to think I’d have it replaced. He called his supervisor, who said he would stop by. Was here within half an hour. I appreciated his unbiased explanation of my options. I decided I needed a new boiler. The next morning, Friday, a team of two arrived with all they needed to install a (seriously) beautiful new boiler. The replaced pipes and joints that needed replacing, but made use of ones that were okay. Everything was explained to me - very much appreciated. They worked neatly and left the area clean. Also, I appreciated that, each time, they called when they were on their way and arrived on time. Would I recommend Daigle? Absolutely!

I called Daigle Plumbing with a couple of issues.  When Clarke came to my house he was professional, friendly (even to my dog!) and very knowledgeable.  He took the time to explain what was happening and my options.  There was no pressure to go the more expensive route, he just gave me all the facts.  He fixed both my toilet and my shower.  When he left, the place was spotless.  It’s a relief to know that if I have a plumbing issue, I have someone to call.  I would recommend Daigle Plumbing anytime, and especially Clarke!
