I had 20,000 dollars worth of work including brand new duct work which Southern air contracted out who damaged and move my sewage line leaving my family with a new born to smell wast and now my house is infected with nets . I talked to the supervisor/owner who promise me that he was to come out with the tech after he promise that he was coming but did not show up. Do not use a company that do not do 100 percent of their work. Now the contract company that did the work came and crawl under my house along with the sales man and no one said anything about my sewage line being off. Now the salesman and the ac guys was awesome. But the contractors were garbage.

The tech’s were great. Very professional and accommodating. Did a great job, and left everything very neat and clean. I always recommend Southern Air!!!!

New to MS - it meant so much to me that this company was very personable, caring and that it really matters to them that the customer is happy with the work done. Thank you so much 👍🏻

Hunter was quick, quiet, and personable. I felt he was attentive to what my AC unit needed and did what he was trained to do. So many times I feel service technicians just want to get back to their truck and go, so they do a superficial job. Hunter was the opposite. Like Santa Claus, he was in, did his work, and was gone in a wink.
