J.T Plumbing, the owner Kevin, is the most dishonest plumbing service imaginable. After paying him almost $500, I was left with a flooding utility room and a brand new washer that could not be used. He left a huge whole in my backyard after supposedly checking a leak in the well pipes. I had made the actual repair myself--he looked at it and tightened the clamps on the patch I made. When asked to complete the job, he lied and said he hadn't received payment; he had actually cashed my check which was verified by my bank. When confronted with the truth, he then lied and said he had been trying to come back to finish but no one was home and he couldn't reach anyone.. He had all contact information but had NEVER attempted to call. His final lie, three weeks later, was that he had been threatened with legal action-- another lie but it does sound like s good idea! He knows he was wrong, maybe he has a piece of a conscious.. Others who have used this service are slowly surfacing, I am learning that being unreliable is normal activity for J T Plumbing, his prices are well above normal, and the work is usually substandard. The owner is so awful, I can't imagine that his employees have any means of providing good service to anyone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLUMBING SERVICE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

JT Plumbing is an excellent plumbing service. We called them because we had a clogged sewer line that backed up when we ran our washing machine. They came out right away and ran a camera thru the lines and determined we had roots blocking our line. Our home sits on a slab foundation so it was necessary to dig under the house to expose the affected sewer lines. After they reached the line and exposed the sewer pipe they found that the materials used for this section of the sewer pipe under our home was a very thin wall plastic pipe and the roots had broken thru in several places and the plastic pipe just disintegrated and fell apart when barely touched. So they continued to tunnel and expose the damaged cheap plastic piping until they reached good strong cast iron piping under our home and tied into that with thick schedule 40 PVC. Kevin and his crew; Drake, Jimmy and Lane are amazing. We had the pleasure of getting to know these men better as they were working on our home and this is a group of honest, considerate, super friendly, respectful men who worked tirelessly for 3 days tunneling under our home in the dirt and heat with a smile on their face and no complaints. They made sure the job was done the right way even though that meant harder work for them. These guys have integrity. They repacked all the dirt back under the slab and cleaned up the entire area when done and returned it to the condition they found it. While they were here, we also had them set a new toilet, replace 2 broken toilet flanges and install a bathroom sink faucet. They took their shoes off before coming inside to do any work and kept everything inside clean and orderly and did a great job. JT Plumbing is the only plumbing company that we will ever use. We have some shower work we want done and we will be calling on them in the near future to do the job.

JT Plumbing was very professional they took care of my problem in a timely manner. They where very courteous respectful an not at all costly.
