  We called them to pump the septic. The lady asked how far our septic was from the drive way and we told her roughly 100 feet. When the gentleman got here he said he didn’t have enough hose and couldn’t pump it. He said he only brought 110 feet of hose. Mind you hubby measured the distance and it was 93 feet. The gentleman didn’t want to drag all of his hose out and wasn’t a very nice guy!! I’d give them a “no star” if it was an option

  On March 11, Phillip came to clean out my septic tank! On March 29, it over flowing again! I called him , he said he told me to cover it up,he said know such thing!! I have lived here 43 years and never had this problem! And it has never been covered up since I lived here! I wii never use him again, will not recommend him!😡😡😡😡😡😡

  I called on a Sunday morning and the lady who answered the phone was very courteous and professional. I was told the driver's name would be Phillip and that he would be at my home between 2pm and 3pm. Phillip arrived at my home around 2:20pm and was done by 2:45pm. The price that was quoted over the phone was exactly what I was charged. Very professional service. I will defiantly use them again
