  I had two copper water pipes that over time deteriorated and formed one pinhole leak and two seepage leaks. One seepage leak was located directly over a ceiling heat duct and wasn't accessible to repair without removing the duct work. On day one, Jack and his son repaired two of the the leaks by replacing sections of the aging pipe(s) and replacing the bathroom hot and cold faucet hoses and accessories. That afternoon I had a local contractor disassemble the ductwork. The next morning, promptly at 8 A.M., they returned and removed and repositioned the inaccessible pipe. The quality of their work was superb, they answered all my questions, they were courteous and professional. The cost was reasonable. I urge those who need prompt and quality service to use Jack Roaden Plumbing.

  I was super satisfied with the service from start to finish! Ask for a quote on Sunday and most figure since there not in till Monday you wont be getting it till then. Well I was surprised that not only did I get my quote on sunday maybe 20 minutes after putting it in, but they cared enough to ask many questions to pinpoint my problem. They showed up 15 minutes earlier then expected, assessed the problem and went to get a extra pipe not only to make there jobs easier but make the job easier in the future if the clog was to happen again. They are very good at there job in every way, and my family would like to Express how satisfied we are with there work. The pricing was fair, the job was done well, and satisfaction could not be any higher!
