  An absolute disaster. We called with issues with our water pressure, he came and put his ear up to our well pump and then said that the well pump needed to be changed for $6,000. after we told him that we were not spending $6000 on a well pump just because he put his ear up to it. He said he was going back downstairs to “get his stuff”and broke one of the pipes on my water heater to which wasn’t broken, or needed to be touched in the first place. He then started screaming, and turns out he flooded my basement, and then left, literally just up and left. Turns out the pressure gauge was broken once we called a different plumber, which was only $35, which is exactly what we called about. DO NOT let this man touch your house!

  I had no water. My well system grounded out due to a power surge resulting from a lightning strike. So, I called Southeast Plumbing. Within a short amount of time, Joe assessed the problem and replaced my underground 32 gallon tank and 1/2 hp pump - for a very reasonable price. My well is working again and the water pressure is even better than before. I would recommend Southeast Plumbing to anyone.

  I used SE Plumbing in the past to install a sink faucet I bought online. His installation was done professionally and at a great price. When the faucet had a problem (not related to the installation), I had to get a new part from the manufacturer. SE Plumbing helped troubleshoot the problem, and after the new part came, they came right back and installed it and it has been problem free since. More recently (September 2018) I called them on a Sunday for a backed up bathtub and they came within an hour. He did a quick analysis and determined he could not fix the problem and suggested I try Electric Snake. He DID NOT CHARGE me for his time and I was very happy with that. In the past, I had a different plumber come for a different problem. That person was unable to fix it but charged me > $100.00 for his time. Although people should be paid for their time, I was glad that SE Plumbing helped me out. I would definitely use them again.
