  Dennis and his team are great, professional and patient. Literally, he is the only plumber in LI who provide "tailor made service" according to the level of your finance without compromising on safety and quality. I had a very old oil boiler which needed replacement. Spoke to Dennis about converting to natural gas which was kind of expensive for me, however, we were able to work things out and job was completed as scheduled. Quick response to emails and phone calls even when i was not sure i was going to use their services. Keep up the great job. Nicole and Jennifer Keep up on the good customer service and professionalism. Thank you

  South Shore Plumbing and Heating inc has once again proven to be excellent in customer service and provided quality work. Since Friday evening we’ve been struggling with boiler issues and I emailed them today at 5am and Jenny replied within an hour and had Danny R. at my house at 7:55am. We usually have Dennis so at first I was uneasy but Danny was ABSOLUTELY amazing. He is an extremely knowledgeable and personable part of south shore plumbing and he kept me updated and reassured me that everything would be up and running better than ever and he was correct. I’m confident that anyone who needs work done will be extremely happy with the service and the pricing. at this point I trust this company and anyone they’d send to help us out. Happy to have heat again, we’re very lucky to have such an excellent company so close to home.

  We hired South Shore Plumbing and Heating to add the hookups for our new washer dryer combo unit. The woman that I spoke with on the phone was EXTREMELY nice, kind, police, and helpful. She scheduled our estimate, which took place exactly as planned. The quote was more than fair. We received a written estimate and then hired the company for the job. I never had any washer or dryer where I live and the woman who scheduled the work felt for me! She was able to bump the work up to an earlier date which we really appreciated. The work was done "the right way." The hoookup is in a nice box, neat and tucked away, hidden behind the unit. There have been NO issues at all, and we've been using the new machine for several months. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
