  One of these past weeks I have had a boiler installed by Carlos and Johnny. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of service they provided, they were very well rounded people. And I will definitely have my plumbing services done by Plumb Tech again.

  I was referred to this company with good reviews by a friend so I wanted to give them a try. But to my dismay the service has been terrible. I've been waiting on a part for weeks now no one has reached out to me about anything at all. I missed an appointment with the company due to an emergency, I spoke to a woman named Carrie on the phone who was very nasty from the beginning and rude. I tried to explain to her I had an emergency and that I was very sorry, but she didn't seem to care. Followed by this an email was sent out to my Home Owner about the situation which was COMPLETELY unnecessary due to already apologizing over the phone with her and working out another time to when I could be home. I felt like that was a slap in the face. Would NOT recommend them to anyone myself. Will be looking elsewhere.

  This is not an accurate review. The first time the appointment was missed it was due to an "emergency" . Plumb Tech then rescheduled the appointment and when the tech got to the job-no one was there because they forgot they had an appointment. If you are managing a property for a homeowner and you are irresponsible about your appointments, it is our responsibility to notify the homeowner, as we are hired by them not the property manager. We order parts for homeowners and install them when they arrive, unfortunately we have no control on how long warranty replacement parts take to arrive. I am sorry you felt as if you were slapped in the face, however BOTH times we sent a plumber to the property you "manage" it cost our business money, as Plumb Tech has to pay the plumbers for the time it takes to get to the job and wait to see if anyone will be showing up to allow entry and then back to the shop .
