Very honest, fair and very quick to respond to our water pressure issue.  I  thought it might be our pump going out, was quickly diagnosed that pump was fine but sediment in valves and within in an hour pressure was restored.

I would highly recommend South Central well and pump called them yesterday with a pump problem on my well they were here the next day and had me up and running in two and a half hours and we're a pleasure to work with

The guys are great: we noticed we had very poor water pressure on Friday so they came out, looked things over, quoted us and said they could have it fixed on Monday. They came Monday morning and had the new pump installed in a matter of 2 hours. These guys are very polite, respectful, knowledgeable and timely- I would not hesitate to call these guys again with other problems.  Thank you South Central Well and Pump!!!

Came home from vacation to find well pump had stopped working.  Had to have them come out on a Saturday at 7pm... the young man worked his tail off and was able to get our new pump installed by 11pm.  Great people and honest as they come.

My well pump went out so I called at 9pm.  They showed up at 8am the next morning and had my water running in no time.  They did honest work, and good guys to talk with, too. I'd certainly use their services again, and I'd recommend them to anybody else who needs work done.

Panicked last night when no water came out of the faucets. Two awesome guys were out at 9am this morning and replaced the well and pressure tank. Super friendly and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend!

My roommate Called them, I thought he called Goverts. I was in the middle of a serious health situation with my service dog.  South central came out, gave a quote and said they would come back next week to do the job.  Next week came and went and now it's Wednesday of the next week and still haven't heard from them.  We have had no water for 3 weeks! We have 5 dogs and 6 horses that we have been hauling water for from 3 miles away.  They also wanted me to buy a new pump that I didn't need. I was against using anyone except Goverts from the beginning since I know Goverts excellent reputation and service.  I know this because I worked for a building contractor that built top of the line homes and only used Goverts. Was the job to small? Is it because I am disabled? Can't believe they completely blew me off. Talked to  Marty from Goverts yesterday,  he is so nice and is coming today.  ***had to give a 1 star rating to post or they would have gotten None!😤

I am sorry that we have not been there to take care of you as i know that you need this job done, however you are not out of water and this job was put in my lap because Marty was not returning your calls. I told your roommate that we would be there, but with the amount of out of waters that we have had we have not made it there yet and I apologize for that but again you are not out of water. This well is in the middle of a pasture and will not meet code so I will wish you luck and expect you will bring it up to code to ensure safe drinking water for future generations.

We let our daughters have a New Years Eve party, woke up in the morning with 12 teenage girls and NO WATER!!!! Called South Central on New Years Day morning, in less than 3 hours Charlie was on site, fixed a bad switch, and restored our water. Great to deal with, charges a very reasonable price... any well issues I have in the future I will call South Central immediately, thanks again buddy!

If I could give you zero stars I would. This has been by far the worst experience I have EVER had with any business. I am buying my first home and needed my well inspected. This guy made an appointment for "first thing Monday morning" but he completely blew me off! What a giant waste of time and now I have to rush and pray that some one else can squeeze me in. And when I called he tried to blame my Realtor for not calling him back. If you can't get in touch with my realtor you should have called me. I work second shift so when I got off work at midnight I called him and he had the balls to threaten me for "calling him at this hour of the morning!" I can't believe this is how you run a business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

There are two sides to every situation and the fail in this situation was on the Realtor we feel for lack of communication.  We did as requested and never got a response other than phone calls in the middle of the night.
