  Have used this service for years. When my daughter's heating system failed, they were our first call. Prompt scheduling, responsive technicians. They got her system up and running and we have a referral to look into a more permanent long term solution as her boiler is nearing 50 years old. Great company.

  We have used Lloyd's over the years for several small plumbing issues, and they are always very responsive and professional. Recently we noticed some water leaking from the toilet base. While the problem originally was diagnosed as a failing wax seal (and that was replaced), we had the same issue appear again a few days later. Lloyd's immediately sent the same plumber back to our house, and upon further inspection, it was determined that the leak was being caused by a loose bolt that connects the tank and bowl, and this problem was caused by a poor installation by another firm. We couldn't be happier that Lloyd's was able to diagnose and fix the issue with minimal delay. We highly recommend them for all your plumbing repair needs.

  We woke up one Friday morning to a freezing cold house. We realized our boiler wasn't working. Lloyd's had someone come over the same day to take a look at it. Found out our ignitor was shot along with the pilot flame sensor. Unfortunately, our boiler is old and is no longer being made, so Lloyd's didn't have the parts on hand. The parts had to be ordered and took a while to get in. We were out heat and hot water for over 5 days, but as soon as parts were in, they were over that morning to install. Service was great, super friendly, seemed very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them if you have boiler troubles.
