  Lifetime customer of SOS! The staff from sales, to maintenance, to installations, to the office are phenomenal. Service is incredibly professional, I always feel as though I'm treated the same as they would treat their family members. Very fair pricing followed with quality craftsmanship. The response time is the best in Omaha and surrounding areas. SOS is a family business and it shows through how they treat their customers - with respect, honesty, and appreciation. Just like SOS staff, this review is 100% honest. Can't thank their team enough for all they do!!

  I ordered a new AC unit from SOS last winter. When they brought the unit to install it I changed my mind and wanted a smaller unit. No Problem. They changed out the units and adjusted the price. The final installation was done today by Ben and I can't remember when I've had a more professional, polite and competent tech. I unconditionally recommend SOS and their techs, especially, Ben.

  We have never had service like this before. The bid was on the mark the installation was done quickly and professionally. The installers cleaned up. As long as we live in this house SOS has our business. As an old Navy man there is one word to describe their services. OUTSTANDING.
