  They were able to come a day earlier than my schedule appointment. Within half and hour my clog drain was cleared great service. Franklin was polite on time and got the job done with no problems. Major Drain is very great and responsible price company to call for your plumbing service

  We've used them multiple times this year and we've been using them for years. We typically like them and they're almost always great. Well, that entire experience changed as we just had an emergency on 2/23/22 and were told by the receptionist they do not have emergency hours or rates even though I'm pretty sure we had used their emergency after hours service a couple years ago. We had a leak that needed looked into and couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from. She gave us the soonest time of 2 weeks which is about the same appointment time frame was for just standard week like we had 3 weeks ago. Emergencies are not the same as standard work. She also couldn't give any recommendations as to who would do emergency work. Major Drain is a great plumber as long as you do not have emergencies. BEWARE, they do NOT have emergency services.

  We only have drain techs available 24/7. We do not have enough plumbers to run them around the clock yet. As for scheduling we schedule based on a first come first serve basis for plumbing. Unfortunately as you believe your issue to be an emergency our other customers believe their issues are as well. Scheduling this way has been the only fair option we have found. We used to refer other companies but we encountered a situation where another company didn't meet the customers needs and we got an earful for that. I hope you understand that we are a small company and I apologize we couldn't take care of your emergency. Plumbers are hard to come by in the hiring market. We are actively working to add more to our staff. If you have any other concerns or solutions please give us a shout. I'd be glad to hear them.

  Tax monies came, time to fix the things that have been bothering us for the last year or so. Put in a new Kitchen faucet, rebuilt the main toilet (it is very nice now), clean 4 drains that have been slow, super slow. Brad and Cody were the Plumber and apprentice. Both are great and we wish Cody all the luck in the world in learning the plumbing trade. Shawn is our drain guy, who is a wizard with the snake and got water flowing out of the house. BTW, they brought their own booties to wear over their shoes in the house. Since my spouse is from Korea, we have never worn shoes in the house in the 45 years we have been together. And for that, Major Drain will always be the one stop source we will always call. They also cleaned up the messes made too. All 3 made her happy and when she is happy, we are all happy. UPDATE - 2 weeks later from above - Had these folks back out to change the bathroom sink faucet. Fantastic. Our plumber this time is the son of Brad who fixed a bunch of things a few weeks ago! One can tell the acorn did not fall far from the oak tree. Jason did a very good job as did his helper Gabe. As always, 10 out of 10.
