  My hot water heater reached it's life span and began to leak. I had no idea we would receive such prompt and professional service which included a same day install of a new heater by a very competent and professional team. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction is obviously something this company takes very seriously and it really shows. The work was done so nicely! I wish I could sweat copper joints like that! Nice and Clean work. Their policies geared toward housekeeping are evident too. The work area was clean afterward and all that was left was a new pristine hot water heater that will provide years of service. Nobody likes it when something breaks or begins to fail but I can honestly say this was a very pleasant experience and finding a team that provides this level of service is a blessing. I wouldn't think twice about calling Solution Based Plumbing again. -Dennis

  I submitted a quote on Saturday and they came out first thing Monday morning. Josh was very nice to work with and would call me when the plumbers ran into a snafu to let me know what needed to be done and why. They were great with setting up a payment plan if I needed to and were very trust worthy. I would recommend them to anyone. 5 toilet lids up

  I cannot say enough good things about the owner of this company. My husband and I have been in a jam a few times and Solution Based Plumbing has always come to the rescue. Most recently we were having an issue with our shower not turning off the water. They fit us into their busy schedule and fixed the problem quickly! Very happy with this company.
