This is the second time I've called Roto-Rooter, and I was relieved to see Jesse was the one who pulled up. The first time around, he not only helped me figure out what was wrong with the drain line, he also helped me understand why it was happening and what my options were for repairs. He explained everything that was going on and answered all my questions, without ever coming off condescending. This time, it was the same way (though less stressful, as this was less of an emergency). Dealing with a major plumbing problem isn't ever going to be a fun experience, but it was at least a positive one, and now my drains work and I know what my options are to fix my sewer line.

First let’s start with I usually don’t waste my time with reviews, however I cannot say enough good things. First we called a different company that said they could not help us after waiting 2 days for them to come to the house. Next we called Roto-Rooter that sent out someone to consult within an hour, then in another hour we got a fabulous technician that had to find our water access outside the house and fixed the problem. Everyone was kind and very professional.
