Absolutely amazing! Soft Water came through for us during the sale of our home! From the date we first met with them the work was completed within a week. This was not a straight forward job but they got all phases of the job put together efficiently and at a very reasonable rate! Highly recommend!

What a company! They came out to quote our water softener and had one installed the next business day! The installer came in the middle of a snow storm, which didn’t stop him. I have never seen a harder worker! He shoveled and salted my whole drive way ( a quarter mile hill) so that he could get up it! He even used a dolly for some of the pieces while the snow melted enough to drive up! He was efficient ( in and out in a few hours). He cleaned up the area and left it all very orderly! Would recommend this company to anyone! Thanks Rick for your kindness and diligence!

Had soft water come out and fill a pressure tank , the tech failed to reset all my breakers to operating condition including the secondary switch to the dishwasher , I called soft water right away and they ignored the problem . They said it was not something there tech did. I left the dishwasher not working for 2 months thinking my dishwasher broke , finally called an electrician to come out and they had to reset the secondary switch that goes to the dishwasher . Called Dave the supervisor or owner at soft water , he has not very helpful or helpful. Soft water bill was $250 and the electrician/ Plumer that came out charged another $150 and soft water would not cover the bill or give a discount on there service. Dave blames my breakers not being labeled correctly , and would not help at all , He was very aggressive and combative and threatened to send the file to the company attorney. At that point conversation ended
