  Darryl has been awesome to work with. We built new construction home and the attention to detail installing everything has been terrific. Deb and Laura in the office have been fantastic. Customer service has been excellent. With supply issues we had some challenges ordering a Kohler tub and Deb assured me we would have it in time for the rough in. She delivered! Darryl is very professional and attentive to customer needs and takes the time to fix and explain and walk thru everything. Lots of moving parts with a new home and that patience is appreciated.   We had a major leak and we’re told the equipment had to be replaced. Darryl was able to fix it immediately and with out the extra expense or need to replace anything. We are so happy with his work! Thank you Darryl!

  We called Fox River Plumbing first this this morning, as we had no hot water. The Service Manager, Darryl, was able to fit us in that morning and replaced a thermocouple. We were up and running mid morning. I would definitely advise my friends to call Fox River Plumbing for any of their plumbing needs.
